This month is it! We will have our little peanut! WOOHOO!!
And what a way to start spring! Got up and nearly didn't make the bathroom, nearly wet myself WTF is with that, then not diarrhea but OMG couldn't stop myself going, charming. Strong tummy pain, still don't think they are BH even though the Dr thought they were, its all the way across the lower half of my tummy feels like a pulled muscle and it doesn't come and go just comes and stays. Then when doing the dishes I had a pure MS moment. I just threw up. I am fine now lol but yeah a great way to start the morning. Still have the intense muscle pain but all that is going to do is affect my cleaning day!
My tummy is a little round ball today. Bubby must be rolled up tight in there. I continued to leak a little yesterday but nothing much. My BP has been great the past couple of days only going past 140/80 once! So that is a big relief. Although it would be nice to meet peanut soon I would rather no health problems.
10 days :) yay! Although lol its probably more like 16 seeing as I think peanut is very comfy and not wanting to come out at all! Either way this month we will have a little munchkin to cuddle!

11 days to go! and its September tomorrow! OMG that is REALLY exciting!

So eventful 24hours yet absolutely nothing happening!
Switched my blog over to adult content as we are now getting into that TMI time!
So yesterday I had my 38week appointment. I started by going through the odd moments I have been having, the heat flushes, the racing pulse, the swelling hands, feet and face, the nearly passing out, the really really bad headaches. Dr A said it could be but might not be signs of pre-eclampsia. The swelling I am getting isn't too bad, and I have always suffered with headaches so that might not be anything new, the heat flushes can be completely normal. He checked my blood pressure and it was up 155/85 abouts which is high on the top end. So he tested my urine and there was a little bit of protein in it but not enough to cause alarm at this point.
after this we did a scan of bub, its heart rate was up at 166bpm which Dr A said is high but again nothing to cause alarm right now. It did eventually come down which was a relief.
So we discussed the whole BP issue and he said that I might not have pre-eclampsia just pregnancy hypertension so he has given me some urine dipsticks and I have a BP monitor here at home so he said just keep an eye on it and if anything changes to ring him. If it stays about this 150+ mark although not overly dangerous he said you don't really want to push to far past my due date so next mondays appointment we might be looking at a Gel or something to try and get the ball rolling. He tried to do a stretch and sweep to perhaps get things moving too I am over 38 weeks now so if bub comes its completely safe. Unfortunately my cervix is high, posterior and not dilated. Dr A said its softening but thats about it. Bummer!
Anyway due to possibly having to be induced a bit earlier than expected, (well hopefully bub just comes on its own but not looking that way!) the girls in my Due in Sept FB group suggested starting to insert EPO. I take 2x1000mg 3 times a day orally but apparently inserting it works even better at softening the cervix. Anyway after inserting them I felt really uncomfortable, and during my 7 trips to the bathroom last night some came out I did notice that, but I also noticed there was some pink blood. Didn't think much of it thought perhaps it was just an irritation when I inserted the tablets as it was uncomfortable. Anyway this morning when I got up, there was a pink discharge of about a 50cent piece and its more watery not mucusy. I thought the EPO would all be gone but perhaps not? I am not even dilated so it surely can't be anything else. The mucus plus is supposed to be a lot thicker so doubt its that. Honestly I have no idea. Its probably nothing at all just frustrating!
lol the girls in the Sept FB thread seem excited its something. Me I am not convinced lol! Oh well just wait it out I guess and see what the day brings!
I am residing on bubba not coming early though I think I just have to give up this notion that I always thought it would come a week or two early! Just makes me frustrated. lol. Only a max of 19days to go and I will definitely have a baby! After taking 2 years to get to this point 19days is nothing!

38weeks
14days to go!
Well the cracker of a headache is back again today :( I just can't seem to shake it so I am now wondering if it will be here until the end! 2 weeks possibly 3 so not too long! I have been thinking about asking Dr A to do a stretch and sweep tomorrow. I am really not keen on having this done as it does sound so painful but I would really like to get the ball rolling. I feel I have completely stalled. It may not do anything anyway yet it just might. That and DH doesn't have much work on this week so if it came this week it would be good! Not sure Dr A would agree to it though. Will see how I feel tomorrow.
On another note I had a horrible dream last night, I have been having ones where bubby doesn't make it and of course that isn't a dream its a nightmare but the one I had last night was where I didn't make it through delivery. It was so sad I woke up balling my eyes out. The thought that I never ever got to hold my little peanut! That I would never get to be a mum to my little one. :( OMG even thinking about it now it was so sad! I don't know why these dreams need to happen they are so silly and just make you so worried and anxious about everything.
I really do wish there was some way to get things moving. lol! I am definitely not willing to try castor oil that's for sure!
I am going to pick up the ingredients to make lactation cookies tomorrow. Figured it can't help to start on these :) Also going to go back to having my smoothies to begin shifting some of this weight. bubby is at full size now so cutting back on my diet wont hurt. Not that I have been eating much at all anyway. I have been so off food for the last two weeks. I just eat because I know I should be. I have to keep my calorie intake to a certain level for breast feeding but I will monitor it closely. We want to try for #2 in March next year and I want to be back to my pre TTC weight before then!
I wonder if I bounce on this fit ball all day if it would do anything lol! Probably not!

15days to go
Wow we really are getting there! 15days to go! or perhaps a few more if we end up going over but still SO close!
I had a couple of bad days, I had a really bad headache and felt so sick :( my BP was a little high but only on the top end the highest I got was 154/78 and Dr A said as long as the bottom one doesn't go over 90 we are all good. I can definitely feel when it goes up though, my head just feels like it wants to pop. So in light of this I spent two days in bed. I went out to meet some friends for lunch yesterday. One has an 8weeks old little girl. OMG she is so gorgeous! The others due date is today! She has a feeling she isn't going to go any time soon though poor thing. Physically she was doing really well though, big bump but handling it well.
But unfortunately I decided to get to the shops an hour before I was due to meet them to do some fathers day shopping! That didn't last long, I still had the massive headache but as I walked around I started to get really really hot. I ended up having to buy a really thin shirt. This helped a bit but eventually I felt like I was going to pass out so I had to sit down! Took a while but my pulse and temp came down and I started to feel a bit better. I had lunch with the girls and walked around for a little bit but I eventually couldn't take anymore and had to come home and sleep. I took two panadine last night and feel slightly better today but still have the really bad headache! I am going to mention it to Dr A on Monday as they have been a bit worse over the last couple of days and I know my BP is a little higher so just want to play on the side of caution. I probably should also talk to him about these hot flushes although the one I had last night I am not sure that was actually me but perhaps just a mini heat wave as I am not the only one that felt it. But when I get them I feel like I am boiling over. I guess it must be what it feels like to go through menopause. I was thinking its a change in hormones perhaps getting the ball rolling on labour as I am getting them so regularly now but seriously they are so intense. I just want to crawl out of my skin I am so hot! I worry about bub too, I know the placenta is supposed to regulate its heat and I hope it is. Its sqworming around like crazy today so it must be doing OK!
Big plans for today though even though I am so exhausted. I have so much house work to do the rainy weather here has ensured my floors are horrible! I also want to do the final touches I need to for bubs arrival. This includes setting up the baby monitor, and taking out the bigger baby items i have stored in the nursery like the pram etc. oh I have to make up the cot too. Finish packing my hospital bag its mostly done I haven't put my camera in but the video camera is in just need to put some money in there and my health insurance and medicare card etc. I have some other clothes to put in there but that wont be until I actually go into labour!
Not long now until I get to hold my sqwishy little new born. I am starting to get so so so excited! At the same time though I seriously just can't imagine actually going into labour. The raspberry leaf I am taking is definitely helping with the BH. Still have really heavy downward pressure and my cervix is still really really aching! But every time I get up during the night to go to the bathroom which is up to about 7 now, I just can't imagine my waters breaking or labour starting. I really want it too and picture it happening but just can't believe it actually ever will! I know lots of women get false labour and I wonder if I will be one of those! I just can't wait for something to happen! Come on peanut!

Getting impatient!
So I have been really good at just letting time plod on by. Physically and emotionally I am doing really well. I have no real aches and pains, I am tired but that's about it. Emotionally I feel fine but I do have to say I am so ready to meet this little one.
OB appointment on Monday went well. Bub is fully engaged and in the perfect birth position but this of course means nothing it still might not be here for weeks. We talked about induction and DrA said the 16th Sept which is fine by me. He said it should be here that day if not in the early hours of the following day. I am hoping of course I don't get there but at least now I have a final date bub will be here. He also said at my 39week appointment we will do a stretch and sweep which I am not looking forward to but at least it might get the ball rolling.
Honestly though I feel like things aren't going anywhere at all. We have had 6 babies born already and another one coming today and seriously its making me so clucky. Seeing the pictures of the new borns is making me want to pop with excitement and get this little one out now! I know it wont come till its well and truly ready though! Just feels like time has completely stopped. I spent the last few days reading and it was great but now I have finished all those books and back to the waiting game!! I have house work to do but I just too tired to be bothered really!
I know I am just rambling now!

Full term
So as of yesterday peanut was full term! YAY!!! so exciting!
But where am I at. Well I showed pics the other day of peanut dropping, well it feels its moved back up again. I have been having really strong BH but that's about it, I am starting to think I will definitely go past the 11th. My gut/tummy has been really sore lately and my back muscles are killing me! I haven't really been able to eat anything at all. I have zero appetite and when I do try to eat I eat a tiny bit and then feel really sick. I threw up again yesterday and the day before! So silly.
I have chosen an induction date of the 14th September. I am hoping I wont need it but I really don't want bubba to be born on a 13th unless it chooses to be of course. and I don't want to let it get too close to the weekend and Dr A is going away on the 18th so I thought the 14th was a good date.
Mentally I am tired. I am basically ignoring this whole pregnancy thing at the moment, its easier to cope with. Mainly because I am so worried that something might happen to peanut. It really freaked me out this morning, its been so active over the last two weeks no quiet days, this morning I could not get it to move. I tried the doppler and had trouble locating a HB :( I found it and it was about 135 but it was so quiet. It eventually moved but its still really quiet compared to normal. I have an appointment at 1 thank goodness. It seriously can't come fast enough. Even sitting here for the last 20mins it hasn't moved yet. :( OMG so stressful. The next 3 weeks are going to be very long.
I was thinking the other day I have been a very lucky pregnant person :) I do pregnant very well, I had ms in the 1st trimester but as I have said before that was throw up and move on, nothing major. I haven't had many aches and pains at all. I have gained weight but so what. I have 1 tiny stretch mark. I can still put my shoes on, mostly bend over, rolling over in bed is a little tough but not what some girls have. My belly is small for 37weeks and I guess that does really help! It doesn't get in the way. I am 122cm around the tummy at the biggest point that's not even a medium in maternity clothes. I can still be active even at this point, I have had zero complications, blood pressure is still really good, absolutely no swelling at all. Looking forward to doing this again :)
A big day today, my 37week appointment, my sisters 10week appointment, a friends FS appointment for IVF (I am praying it goes well for her) and my cousin is having her c-section! All happening!
20 days to go!

Its only been a week and what a difference! Does feel like my tummy is getting small though very weird feeling! I thought at this stage I would be expanding at the rate of knots!

36+2 OB appointment
So I have just gotten back from my 36 week OB appointment and everything is great! I went through the pain I have been feeling Dr A said it sounds more like BH and they can be isolated to one side but my whole belly is hard as a rock when I get it so its more than likely I am only getting the pain on one side but the BH is affecting the whole belly.
I mentioned about the pink fluid I had seen, he said it could be a very slow leak which isn't something he is concerned about especially at this stage, but he did say eventually it will turn into a trickle again not something he is bothered about now that I am so far along. Just if and when the trickle starts I will need to contact the hospital.
I mentioned that I thought bubba had dropped a little bit so he felt down near where the head is and he said he can only fit 2 fingers between bubba's head and my pubic bone so 3/5 engaged! YAY for a first timer and only 36weeks that't fantastic news!
He did a scan, peanut is measuring around 6.9lb but he still thinks we will only get to about 7.5-7.8lb or so which isn't too bad. Its head is 31cm (11cm diameter)!! OMG lol but I mentioned that I had reached 9cm on the epi-no and he said that's fantastic and getting it to that point should mean I wont tear and hopefully make delivery a bit quicker as sometimes the baby's head gets stalled at the perineum on the way out and can sit there for 30mins or more!
I also explained that I was a little worried that my tummy hasn't gotten any bigger since about 32weeks. He said it just happens to some women and bub just grows length ways instead of out. I have a very compact tummy well I think so, so yeah kinda does seem that way I have thought that throughout the whole pregnancy due to my long torso.
Also told him about my still birth fears, he said that's completely normal and that so many women have those dreams around now.
GBS swab done, just have to wait for results now. Fingers crossed I don't have it because me and penicillin don't like each other. I don't go into anaphylaxis but I get the worst vomiting and diarrhea from it! YUK!
That was about it really, milk and now pineapple are my craving right now. I can't get enough of either!

Well still not feeling much better today. I just in general feel really sick, its going to be a long 28days!
Still no one in our Due in Sept group has popped yet. There is 129 due in Sept in our BH group and not one has gone yet! I am amazed! Surely someone can't be far off. We have a few CS starting to come up soon but for none of us to go preterm that's amazing! And of course very lucky :)
Seriously though someone needs to get that ball rolling there are heaps that have now reached full term! I would love to be the first or one of the first but I know that's definitely not going to happen so please someone go! hehe
Not sure why I am feeling so sick, I know the last few weeks can be really hard and I know the count down is on, just didn't expect to feel so sick all the time. This is worse than the first trimester ms.
Up to 9cm on the Epi-no now which is great, only 1cm to go! Although lol it still rather painful, for some reason I expected it to be less painful but I guess its only meant to stop tearing not make it less painful! I am getting used to the feeling though of the balloon coming out but I have started flexing my pelvic floor muscles as it moves is way out and and it makes it less painful but I don't think this would be a good idea during delivery so I have to try and stop myself doing it!
Starting to think bub has moved down now. I definitely feel a lot less pressure in my chest, I can eat and breath normally, although I never feel like food. I have a really horrible metallic taste in my mouth! YUK! Also I always have the strong painful pressure of feeling like I need to do a #2! Delightful really lol!
I was thinking about it last night when yet again stuck at home on my own :( What am I looking forward to after bub is born other than the baby stuff. These are the things I can think of. Loosing some weight and getting my normal face back, this round fat one isn't gelling with me anymore! hehe! wearing jeans, my flat tummy, bending from the waist, cutting my toe nails and shaving my legs without having to grunt and groan whist trying to reach, eating soft cheese and deli meat, wine oh how I want a wine, eating a salad from anywhere and not having to worry about the nasties in it! Not having to eat carbs with every meal other wise I get really ill and start vomiting. Soft runny eggs! oh yeah!
Of course all this is just simply because I can't wait for bub to get here and I am starting to get excited about being able to do all this again :) Being pregnant and having this baby is still way more special than any of those!
I was also thinking last night that we want to go through this at least another 3 times! OMG! lol! I was thinking how I really want to start training for a triatholon again, might just be because I miss exercise so much but unfortunately I wouldn't have the time to train for a full one and the mini ones i like are the think pink ones and up here in QLD they are on in Oct/Nov and we plan to be pregnant again before then! I have spoken to my mum about the training/exercise I want to get back into once the baby is born. She knows how important exercise is for me expecially in maintaining my weight. Seeing as she lives less than 5mins from me, my plan is once bub is breastfed and hopefully sleeping I will pop it in the capsule and drop around to mums. While bubby is sleeping go for my run/ride/swim what ever. This of course is very optimistic lol bub might be a very bad settler and I simply never get to do this. But its a plan and we will just take it from there and see what happens!
I wasn't going to bother going back on birth control when this bub was born. We were just going to take it as it comes. I do know our history though and when there wasn't something wrong we didn't have a problem getting pregnant. I know I want to loose all the weight I gained in the last 2 years its taken us to get here so my starting weight for the next pregnancy is a little better, but that might take some times. I was thinking perhaps starting to try again in March next year. lol but who knows we might have this one and decide we don't want anymore at all hehe!
I need to go for my waddle soon but man its cold today and looks like rain! I missed my walk yesterday because I was so sick but I need to go today I know how important it is!!!
Its amazing there are all these things they say not to do because you could go into preterm labour, you reach full term and you can try some things but ultimately bub will only come when its ready go figure!

Less than 30days
OMG 29days to go! I only just noticed that on the ticker! wow now that is exciting!
I have tried a reboot today we will see if it works. I woke up feeling like utter crap. As the minutes ticked I just felt sicker and sicker and sicker. I had extremely bad round ligament pain again to the extent that I nearly threw up. Eventually I couldn't fathom standing so I went back to bed. Feeling a little stronger now but I have only been awake for 15mins so we will see.
Still 29 days to go!! WHOOHOO!

Photo time
So its belly pic time! and as I had mentioned I seriously have not grown at all since 33weeks! I will mention it to Dr A on Tuesday because surely I should be expanding?
35+5 I have a few extras of my bare belly, yep brave but I do want all this documented so a bare belly it is!! You can see the fat on my hips in the front on shot, hmm sexy lol! Oh and as you can also see it definitely doesn't look like I have dropped yet!

Ready to rumble
Well the Car capsule and pram arrived today which I have now picked up, and I also went and got a swing from BigW in there sale so that now means we are 100% ready and complete to go! Bubba can now come at any moment. Its still a week and a bit off full term but its over 6lb now so when ever its ready!!!! I am about to make up the cot and the bassinet then that't it.
Still confused though, I got up for my 5 times nightly bathroom trips but over night I don't flush as I don't want to wake up DH. Anyway this morning when I went to flush it I noticed what appeared to be pink blood. I went and got DH to come and have a look because I didn't want to trust my own eye, he agreed pink blood. I haven't seen anything since though so I have absolutely no idea! so frustrating. I thought perhaps a little bit more of a mucus plug but one of the girls in my due in Sept group on FB mentioned perhaps amniotic fluid? But if it was that surely I would notice it at other times too and be able to feel it? I will just have to keep an eye on it and mention it to Dr A on Tuesday.
I think I might have had my first proper practice contraction. It was way more than a BH but its only been 1 so again not worried about it. I started in my lower back on the right and went right up and around the front and finished around the back to the left. Didn't last too long and wasn't overly painful but definitely noticed it and definitely different to normal.
I keep thinking its getting imminently close but I don't want to get my hopes up! I can't wait to meet this little one and am getting so anxious for it to be here but at the same time I know that it can still go over and we still might have 5 weeks left!
Common peanut come meet the world :)

Size warnings
So I have decided bellies of this size really need to have some kinda of warning system. Kinda like kids at a theme park and if they are too small to go on a ride, but in this case, a warning the belly is too big to fit somewhere!!
I had a burst of energy this morning and have gone crazy with the cleaning again. Pottered around for a while just picking stuff up, doing washing etc, then I decided it was time to tackle the en-suite. I started in the shower, as hard as it was to get down on my hands and knees in that little spot I did eventually manage. Then the vanity, then the walls, then came the toilet. Now I keep the toilet clean but very rarely do I get down and clean behind it and under the pipes etc. Well when I looked behind I could not believe how dirty it was! Here comes the delema, I could see this dirt, it was so yuck I wanted to clean it all, make it spotless, problem was when I went to reach behind there I couldn't reach! hmpt! I was determined there was no way there was going to be any remaining dirt so with some very inventive maneuvers I did manage to get it all! Even funnier was I was in my undies! lol! I could imagine what a sight that would have been, 9 months pregnant and blue pokka dot undied bum up in the air grunting and groaning to reach behind the toilet to get some dirt! Ah pregnancy so dignified!
It did make me very tired lol, but I am still determined to do so much more today, I just need a rest. So I have had some early lunch to refuel and then watch out the rest of the house!
Other than that still having those round ligament pains, mainly in the morning when I am just getting started on things and starting to move around so seems like its just muscular!
32days to go. Still hoping its less but residing to the fact I might go over and if that is the case so be it. :) We will still eventually get to meet our little peanut. YAY!

35+2
Haven't really been up for posting lately, been very tired and not feeling very well. Starting to feel like I will go over now and that its all still so very far away.
I have been very slack with the epi-no the last few nights I just haven't felt well enough to use it. Bubby was quiet on Sunday and Monday but active yesterday. A little quiet again today. All this of course has me worried sick. I can't stop thinking about still births etc. I check its heart rate with the Doppler regularly and its fine not high not low or anything like that just sitting where it always is.
I know its getting close 4.5weeks to go yet it all still feels like a dream at the moment. I can't shake what I am feeling, I haven't been in the baby's room for over a week. I know I am not sleeping and DH and I have been fighting lots which isn't helping so maybe its just everything put together.
I don't feel nervous about the birth, or what it will be like when bub comes home, it all just feels very surreal like its happening to someone else. Maybe I should go have a long nap and see if I wake up feeling better.
My belly still hasn't popped out anymore so I haven't bothered to take another pic. Maybe I will get the energy to at some point.
The stress of home is getting to me too. I honestly don't know what to do there. I know we need to sell but its such a bad time and I just don't feel like dealing with the stress of it all, the open homes the people coming in and out the having to keep it constantly clean, with a new born that will almost be impossible in my house. We have 3 living areas, kitchen of course, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a study in the main living area of the house and a big rumpus room, another room not sure what you call it people before us had their home business there, another bathroom and toilet, and a sauna at the other end of the house. I have enough trouble keeping the main area clean let alone the extended areas. All this in mind though I know selling and buying a smaller house on a smaller block will relieve us financially but all in my mind we have a new born coming do I want to do this now? Then I think DH's business is taking off but from week to week we have no idea if he will or wont get work. This isn't from a lack of him trying, he is working his arse off to get work in the door, but sometimes it just doesn't happen, people can't always afford things, and at this point we have enough money to pay bills until mid September then what do we do? I can't go back to work. We lived of my one wage for around 7 months which was fine, but my degree meant I had a higher paying job, if DH has to go back to work I am not sure his one wage will cover all the out goings in this big house. Even if we did put it on the market, it might take months and months to sell, what then? We still have to pay bills.
DH promises me that he will bring in the money and I know he means it but it isn't something that is really in his hands. He does tons of quotes every week but its mainly people just inquiring as to how much it would cost to do something, not that they are wanting to follow through with it. Having this hanging over our heads is causing lots of tension. DH thinks I think he is a failure or something which isn't the case, so if I bring up the money issue its like I am pointing a finger at him that he isn't doing enough when simply its more that in 6 weeks we run out of money and something we need to sit down and discuss. I honestly just don't know.
I'm just too tired to deal with it.
On the pregnancy note TMI alert, Sunday morning I don't know if I lost my mucus plug over night. I wear boxers to bed with no undies, and Sunday morning I got up and pottered around the house for a few hours in boxers and trackies. When I went to have a shower I noticed a bigish pink stain in my boxers, It was mostly dry but kinda wet. I hadn't felt wet at all that morning and I know the mucus plug is really mucusy but I have no idea what else it could have been?? I loose a lot of mucus at times but always clear this was definitely pink. I guess I will never know. Even if it was you can loose that weeks before labour begins in the first pregnancy.
The round ligament pain is getting worse. I get it high on the sides if you look at this picture its more where the ligament attaches to the side of the uterus not down low where they say you should feel it. Its sharp and lasts for a long time which when googling can happen, although I am yet to find anything that mentions the pain being high rather than low. I always get it when I walk but lately its been all the time and it doesn't go away unless I sit down.
I have increased my EPO to 2 tablets 3 times a day and my Raspberry leaf to 1x2g tablet 3 times a day. Unfortunately I think the RL has a lot to do with why I am feeling so ill of late. I was doing some googling yesterday and found out that RL is high in Tannins :( 5 years ago I found out the tannins in black tea and red wine are what were causing my debilitating migraines. I stopped drinking black tea (which I love) and red wine and hadn't had a migraine again. Until recently. I didn't think much of it, simply thought it was just part of this end of the pregnancy! I have been umming and ahhing whether or not to stop taking it, for the few weeks I have left surely I can just grit my teeth and bear it? The benefits RL offer during labour and recovery surely out way the migraines. I had suffered with them since I was 7 years old surely a few weeks wont hurt me. They are increasing in intensity and I know this is because the tannins are building up in my system.
Bubs is still head down which is good :) hasn't engaged yet although some days I can definitely tell its a lot lower than others. going to a walk helps to get it down lower. I have started doing some exercises on the fit ball when I get home from my walk. I don't think its doing much though because the ball needs pumping up, mainly I just find it a relief from the pubic symphysis pain I get. Sitting on the ball relieves the pain completely!
think that's about it my brain hurts!

good news
Well my sisters scan went well, my little niece or nephew is fine :) it had a nice strong heart beat and measurements were great. They couldn't locate a bleed or anything and it was only a little bit of light pink in mucus she said so it doesn't sound bad at all.
On other news we finally have both a girl and a boy name! YAY!!! We have had a girls name for ages. I love it but a boys name we were really really struggling with. Finally yesterday we came up with one we both like and both agree on. As we know what it will kinda look like so picking names to suit the face is something we can do. We may or may not change the names from here but I think we are finally happy with what we have! YAY its been 7 months of pain, the name is a massive massive deal! Very exciting! It makes it that little bit more real now. Looking so forward to meeting this little one and finding out if its a little she or little he! It could be anywhere from 3-6weeks!!
Walking is getting really really hard now. my 20min walk has turned into a 40min waddle! Bubs hasn't dropped yet its so far down the pressure on my cervix and things is incredible! I have found a way to get relief though, sitting on the fit ball. That for some reason takes all the pressure off.
Still using the Epi-no. Still only at around 8.5cm! Still a few weeks so thats OK but its still fairly painful at that size. I will keep working at it. Its definitely not the most enjoyable experience but I know I am doing it for a reason and it will be worth it in the end!
I took some pics of my belly today, a bit different to the normal ones so can't really compare but its bare belly! And one of my little stretch mark that I have named stretchy hehe! :)

Milk!!!!!
Anyone got some milk because I want more!! MORE! MORE!!!
I can't get enough of it. I am drinking about 1.5L a day and I still want more!! I drink it to the point it makes me sick yet I still want more!!! it is driving me completely totally and utterly bonkers!!
Had a phone call from my sister just a little bit ago. She had some very light spotting this morning. She is 7+5 now! It doesn't sound to major but still a horrible scare. She is booked in for a scan at 12:30, I hope they find a little blog with a nice strong heart beat! She is living in Melbourne and her fiance in Darwin now, so she is going to the scan alone. I am hoping its only a scare but after loosing two I know how scary it is and I had DH there with me the whole way, to be going alone :( I would be there for her if I could but I can't fly any more :(
Watching that clock tick! waiting to hear the good news, please let it be good news. Ever since she told me she was pregnant I have been praying that she would just sail through and not have any of the issues that I did. I am still hoping and praying that is the case!
Will update later with hopefully good news!

Will update later with hopefully good news!

leaking
Oh and I forgot to mention in that post I just did, my boobs started leaking today lol was the weirdest feeling!!!!
OB Appointment
Well just got back from my appointment with Dr A. Unfortunately he had a bleeding placenta previa that was being prepared for surgery so I only got a few minutes of his time. Which was fine, I completely understand I just hope that lady and her baby are OK.
I briefly mentioned what I have been feeling but he didn't seem to concerned which was good. He did a quick scan for me and bub was being super super active which even he was surprised at. You could see my whole belly moving and big massive movements too not just jiggling. lol. Anyway he managed to get the measurements. Head is a week behind which is great news lol. Stomach is over a week ahead and legs are smack on. So over all measuring right on. It is now up to 2.5kg/5.5lb which is a gain of 1.6lb in 2 weeks!! the little fatty! hehe.
The massive growth spurt might explain why I have been feeling this way though. My belly hasn't popped out any more yet bub has expanded a heap, so its completely out of room and OMG feels it too. Also the extreme exhaustion, the tummy tenderness aches and pains period pain and back pain etc. bubs is still head down which was great news. I really do hope it stays there.
It was exciting to think though its only really a kg off its approximate birth weight now that's how close we are!! Very exciting!

34w2d
So I have had an interesting couple of days. I am still feeling really unwell and out of sorts. I am not sure what it is. Yesterday I got up and was feeling OK, went shopping with my mum but whilst we were out I had two random contractions. I wasn't worried at all we were about to head home anyway. Once I got home I started vomiting and the braxton hicks were strong and constant. I also started getting period like pain. I went and spent the afternoon in bed as even though I can't wait to meet this little one its still a bit too early.
The braxton hicks and period type cramps continued through till this morning, but have all eased off now. I still feel unwell and still have some cramps going on. I figure it is just my body starting to gear up for what is to come. Bub still hasn't fully dropped yet as I still have no room in my stomach so I figure I am not going to go into labour any time soon.
I have an appointment with Dr A tomorrow so I will bring it up with him then. I have been getting really bad headaches as well which aren't helping. I couldn't imagine still being at work at this point!
The exciting thing is its either going to be this month or next month and I will have a baby!! So exciting!
Everyone in my Due in Sept group that is about the same stage as me has been having their follow up appointment for 34/36weeks and so many of them have turned into the breach position. I still feel like bub is in the same position it has been for weeks but to think that even this late stage it could turn around again is scary. Just have to keep up with my normal routine in hope to keep bub where it should be.
2 more weeks and bub can come when ever it wants :)
