Naturopath/Chiropractor

Just got back from my appointments and I have to say they were great! They really wanted to get into it all and go through everything but at the same time didn't force me into anything and understood that I want to do a treatment that suits me. She mentioned stopping for 3 months and make sure everything is on track. I said no and she was fine with that.

So we are working on my insomnia, and my sugar intolerance and a few other things. She wants to get a full blood workup done before we go any further to see what is and isn't working. So I have contacted Dr A to see if he can do a referral up for me and I will go in and grab it and get those done. Then I am back to see her in two weeks.

Chiro was also great. She did an assessment found I have a really inflamed L5 which she said is where the nerves come out that supply my uterus and ovaries. So I got some xrays on my way home and I am back there on Monday and hopefully we can get an adjustment done.

So all in all I am very happy. Its so nice to have someone to really want to get into it all and ask a ton of questions.

I have some stuff to take so hopefully we start to get some good results!
