I can't believe I am only 8 weeks today and already I picked up bubba beans heart rate on the Doppler! 160bpm! I will never tire of that sound.
Things are going well, told my mum today. She is happy for me and said no matter what happens we will work it out. She probably reaslise how hard it was for me to tell her seeing as I waited till 8 weeks. I also told her about B going the other way and blowing nearly $500+ a week on gambling for about a month now. I just don't see him stopping and with me having to think about supporting 2 kids at the end of the year I can't look after him too. He needs to grow up and sort himself out.
Tyler is going great of course. He is working on his balance and core strength by letting go of things while standing. He hasn't had any big knocks which is great. Seems to have worked out to sit down.
Not much else happening went and finally got some new jeans and shoes for winter. I won't be loosing the last of this weight now and i have nothing to wear at this size. I was putting off buying anything but target had 2nd pair 1/2 price and they are so cheap anyway. I did splurge on a gorgeous pair of ankle boots. A bit too much or shoes but I will wear them for many years.
M/s is ok. Still hung over and goes in waves of 2 days on 2 days off so similar as it was with Tyler.
Have been thinking wether or not to find out if it's a girl or boy. I loved the surprise with Tyler but this time it is a little different. We will see.

Growing up way too fast!
Yesterday the little man started cruising the furniture! I couldn't believe it he is only 7 1/2 months. He loves his crawling and can get around at a lightning pace but he spends more of his time pulling myself up on everything and trying to take steps. I have a feeling he might be walking by 9-10months!
I am actually really looking forward to him walking. He loves being outside but with crawling I am worried about him cutting his legs or getting bitten by an ant but walking I can just pop his shoes on and off he goes.
I have to look up at what age they stop automatically putting things in their mouth. I don't care if he eats dirt or what ever but he still puts everything in the mouth to test it out. That could be a worry with some things
We went to the markets yesterday and out for breakfast. It was actually really nice. I am feeling ok lately but it's easier to stay at home so it was good to force myself out of the house. I'm not throwing up which is good I just have a severe hang over feeling. Super tired and always SO hungry! I nap when ever Tyler does so that seems to help. The early wake ups are the hardest my eyes just struggle to stay open!
I have been going for a walk to the beach every afternoon. It's really nice down there and it has an awesome kids park. I can't wait for Tyler to be old enough to play, he will love it.

First word and bubba bean scan
The little man had spat out his first word. Of course it was dadda! Lol. He just crawls around the house saying it. I know he has no idea what he is saying but it so cute anyway!
I completed all my baby proofing the other day. Well I though. I still have to get baby gates as he keeps heading down the hallway and I have only baby proofed the living area. But i didn't even think about the cat door being a problem. He goes straight for it! My initial reaction was wow lucky I bought a small one and he doesn't actually fit through it. That was until he got his finger stuck in it. Not sure what else I can do about it. Can't lock the cats in or out.
I am really over this I can pull myself up. It has completely disrupted his sleep routine. He can't settle himself because as soon as he is awake he pulls himself up and just stands there shaking the railing and crying! Really annoying during the night. I have to just let him cry though because he has gotten into the thinking if I stand up mummy comes in and lies me down.
Today he is being really cheeky. He has had about 2*20min naps. He normally has 2*2hour naps so u can imagine how grumpy he is. Just go to sleep child!
We are starting baby led weaning and Tyler has his first chunks of veggies for dinner: he did well although most did end up on the floor. Some carrot also ended up in his ear? I got no idea!
Had my scan this morning. Seriously nothing is ever easy. So I was supposed to Dr T as Dr A is away but Dr T has to rush off to surgery so I ended up seeing Dr something else. No idea how to pronounce it!
She does an abdominal and she can't see anything other than the sac! Wtf? At one point I was positive I saw a heart beat she tried to find it but couldn't get it back.
So she sent me for a formal scan. In my head of course I just took it as over. Easier to deal with. I was lucky the scan place fitted me in.
The girl did an abdominal scan. She could see the yolk sac but not the baby. So she got me to empty my bladder and we tried again. We had been talking and I had told her I had been through a missed miscarriage before and I was actually ok if I had lost it. These things happen for a reason. So she had turned the big screen on and was talking me through it. She pointed out the yolk sac and then the baby. She was quiet but then she saw the heart beat and just looked at me with the biggest smile lol I think the poor girl was just so relieved.
So bub measured 6w3d hb 141bpm.
The Dr rang me just before to ask if I had been given the results of the report . I told her I had but asked why the baby was so hard to see. She said it's just one of those things and everything looked really good and the heart beat was nice and strong.
It's measuring 4 days behind at this point but at this early stage that's ok. Tyler measured 2 days behind and he turned out perfect.
Definitely not getting excited though. Back to see my Dr in 2 weeks on the 4th. I will be around 9weeks then.

Ms still here!
Yay! After feeling good last Night I of course was worried but the ms is back this morning. Not the extreme it was but certainly having trouble getting breaky down and smells are making me want to puke again.
I was lying in bed last night after Tyler decided he wanted a bottle at midnight (wtf?) and I couldn't get back to sleep because I was so hungry I remembered my ms with Tyler actually went in waves. 3 days on 3 days off.
I have so much to do so if it's going to ease over the next day or so I might try and get it all done. Now Tyler has his super crawl on baby proofing needs to be finished!
This is his 2nd bruise. He learnt a very valuable lesson. No matter how bad u want to catch the cat going through the cupboard won't work!
The 2nd pic I though was just funny! Funny because it's so true! Lol

Hcg results
Got my blood results.
6w 41000
6w3d 69000
So not doubling :( but I did a google search and it says anything over 6000 normally takes >96 hours to double and my doubling time was 95.9hours!
Thing the Dr T was concerned about is that with levels that high we should have easily seen something in the scan last Friday :(
So he has asked me to come in for another scan this Friday.
I am actually ok with this. Over my years of ttc and miscarriages I have learnt they normally are for a reason. It would hurt to loose my little bubba bean but I would find it easier to accept this time.
Ms was bad this morning but it's eased off A LOT this afternoon. I still feel off but not sick. So who knows. I did take some B vitamins as apparently B6 is supposed to ease ms. Apparently they give it during ivf so maybe that's why so many girls I know who have gone through ivf have little ms?
Only 2 days to go though and I will know one way or the other.

Vomit!
I know it's a good sign but with a 7month old it's so hard. I don't want it to go away just ease a little bit. From the time I wake to the time I go to sleep it never stops. I have to go get my 2nd round of bloods this morning and I have no idea how i am going to :( time for maxalon!
I have been tempted to pull out the Doppler but I know it's pointless! I didn't get Tyler's heart beat until 8w6d which is the day before my next scan!
I now know why i put on so much weight with Tyler. The only thing I can stomach is heavy food like pasta and bread. I'm not craving it like i was with Tyler but it's the only food that even the thought of won't make me throw up. Before the ms hit I was eating weetbix for breaky fruit and yogurt for snacks, chicken salad for lunch and chicken stir fry for dinner. Now the simple though of 3/4 of that has me running to the toilet.
I am going to try and go for a walk today. See how I go. Normally ever nap Tyler has I am having on too.
Well best go try and get this blood test done!

Cheeky little monkey and morning sickness
Well my little man is definitely a cheeky little monkey. He has a new favorite game and that's if he stands up in his cot he knows mummy will come in! On the up side it means I don't have to bend over to pick him up anymore. On the downside it's not a fun game at 1am. Eventually he gets tired and stops pulling himself up and goes to sleep but the game sure can last for a while some days!
On bubba bean this ms is extreme. I took maxalon yesterday and it did nothing! I have had to take it again today and I really hope it does something. I don't like taking it but I so sick all day long I can't even function.
