Fun day out

So finally after a week of rain we had a really nice day. B and I took Tyler to a park not far from us. It was really good. I am going to have his 1st birthday party there as it's great for kids his age as well as older ones. Have to get him some sunscreen and a good hat though, don't like him being too exposed in the sun.

Not much else happening really.

10months

Little man was 10months yesterday! Wow time is simply just flying by. I can't believe he will be 1 in 8 weeks. Not having a birthday party just going to have a BBQ with some family and friends. Going to do a cute cake but that's about it. He is too young for anything to big :)

Looking for a place to rent. Really hate moving but has to be done. Just hope i am able to find what I am looking for. I'm running out of time.

Morphology scan coming up in a few days and appointment with Dr A on Friday. I have been getting pregnancy migraines so I want to ask if I can take anything for them. I hate taking any more than 2 panadine a day. Also need to get a script for zantec. The heartburn had well and truly kicked in :)

Sinking in

It's kinda like i've just figured out I am having a baby lol. With Tyler it didn't sink in until after he was born, but now I know bubba is a little man it's actually real I am having a baby. A gorgeous little baby boy :)

I am so excited I am doing so much planning already lol. I can't wait to move in the next 6 weeks so I can start setting up for his arrival. Get out all Tyler's new born stuff wash it and put it into the cupboard.

I have thought of a name and I do really like it. I don't want to get fixed on a name I know it might change when he is born but I do really like it. Will have to discuss it with B.

I have also been thinking ahead for the next 18months really, I am planning a big family holiday in Nov next year. Seeing as for my 30th this year I will be very heavily pregnant I am putting it on hold till next year :) there is an awesome kids resort on the gold coast which I am going to head to. I don't really like the gold coast but it is a fantastic place for the kids. Tyler will be just over 2 and bubba will be nearly 1 so a great age. I can also take them to the beach and maybe dreamworld or something too.

As this is a beach trip and the resort has an enormous water park for the kids I have set my weight loss goal. I want to be 60-65kg by then. It is a decent about of weight to loose but it's nearly 12 months and I know it will be hard with 2 kids but I am determined. I want to get out There and have fun with the boys I don't want to spend my time being self conscious I want be in the moment with them enjoying them. :) oh and not hate having any photos taken!

Poor Tyler is sick and tired of being inside. He is always either at the front or back door wanting to get out. My back yard is no good for kids, it's a mess and this is the main reason I am moving but today i decided to take him out onto the front lawn. I kept having to bring him back away from the road, I live in a quiet dead end street so there were no cars but still didn't like him near the road. He had a ball. Sticks and flowers and grass. So tomorrow I have decided to take out for breaky and then to the park for a play. :) i got him some outdoor toys for his birthday and christmas so I now can't wait to give them too him.

I have come to terms with never having a daughter. I am so very lucky to be blessed with 2 kids. I know there are some couples out there still trying for just 1. I was blessed with this little man, he came to us so easily and I hope that he is healthy. That's all that matters. I actually can't believe how excited i am about this little man, I can't believe i have to wait 21weeks to meet him. In saying that i definitely want him to cook until his due date. :)

Its a BOY! :)

I have to admit I was shocked at first and i won't lie a little disappointed. I know this is my last baby and knowing I wont get my girl was a bit sad but now that it's sunk in I am so happy and excited I can't wait to meet him :)

The hard part will be choosing a name - boys names are so hard.

I already feel like I am bonding with him more, it feels more real now like the baby is an actual person. Until u know the sex it's all a bit surreal.

I will more than likely tell B now, no real point keeping it a surprise :)

Tummy differences

I just found a 19week tummy shot of when I was pregnant with Tyler. So different to now. Sitting so much higher. No wonder I feel huge! ahh my skin was so tanned and tight back then. Will probably never be again.

So time to update a pic of the bump. I took it yesterday at 17+5! I feel huge. Still only put on 1-1.5kg so happy with that although the sweet cravings have well and truly set in. Ate 4 iced donuts yesterday :( So I can imagine the weight will go on if i keep that up and also have to watch for GD!

I haven't mentioned it yet but I have a gender scan tomorrow at 11:30. I am very nervous but so excited to. I have been thinking girl from the start for so many reasons, but there is a 50% chance I am wrong. Don't get me wrong I would be over the moon with another little boy, Tyler is my world an a little brother for him would be wonderful but yep would love a girl.
Not long till I find out! Only telling a few select people as B doesn't want to know and I won't be telling him I know. This is something I need to do for me!

Not much else happening, bubba bean moving lots now, Tyler is teething and very upset and grumpy at times but still such a cute an funny little guy. Such an awesome age their personalities really start to shine through.

Well he is wanting breaky better go ge it.

Haircut

The little man had his 3rd hair cut yesterday. It was getting to shabby. He looks so cute now. He did really well sat in the chair all by himself. He was all good until the girl sprayed his hair with water lol. He definitely didn't like that.

Not much else happening, still enjoying feeling bubba bean moving about.

Finally getting started on putting the stuff together for Tyler's big boy room. Just wish I could move now so I can organise things properly. Only 8 weeks!
